We offer free delivery on all orders over £500 as well as on many small items and specific brands (UK mainland only). If a product is included in our free delivery offer it will be stated on the product page in the delivery details section.
Click & Collect
You can collect your order from our Camberley showroom by selecting the collection option when checking out. Once your order is ready to be collected, we will email you to let you know (orders cannot be collected until you have been notified they are ready). More information on collecting your order
Delivery Dates & Methods
However your order is being delivered, we will always make sure that you know when it is coming. Once your order has been processed, you will be sent an expected delivery date via email. Should this date be a problem for then please contact us and we can either arrange a split delivery or advise of alternative products that will be quicker for you.
Small items (such as taps, showers & accessories) are sent out via Interlink Express using their 1 hour delivery slot service so that you do not have to wait in all day for your parcel. On the day of delivery you will be sent an email and a text message to let you know what time delivery will be. You will also receive an email the day before delivery to let you know that your order is on its way. Should the date/time not be suitable for you then you have the option to rearrange delivery which is easily done from the text message / email. If your order contains both small and large items, the order will be dispatched together as a large order.
Large items (such as sanitaryware, baths, enclosures & furniture) are sent out to you on a pallet. Once your order is ready to be dispatched we will send you an email to confirm that it is ready and to arrange a specific delivery date that is convenient for you. Please note that we will not dispatch your order until we have received a reply from you to confirm when you would like the order delivered. Pallet deliveries are made from 09.00 – 17.00 but you can upgrade to more specific time slots from the delivery email (once sent).
Next to each product you will see that we provide an expected delivery time frame so that you can have an idea of how long a product will usually take to reach you once you have ordered it. The time frames given on the site are the delivery periods we usually expect for the item based on its standard stock status with us or the supplier and the time it takes for that particular product to ship. Whilst these are usually accurate they are meant as a guideline only and are not a fixed time frame based on current stock levels. If the time frame is critical for you then please contact us with details of the products you are interested in and we can confirm how long it will take for you.
Please note that in all instances we recommend that you do not book a fitter until you have the goods on site and are happy with them.
