We offer free delivery on all orders of £500.00 or more as well as free delivery on thousands of smaller items. If an item qualifies for free delivery it will be clearly stated on the product page. More information on delivery.
We dispatch our small item deliveries (taps, showers, accessories etc) via Interlink’s express service. On the morning of delivery you will be provided with a 1 hour time slot so you do not have to wait in all day for delivery. If the date/time given to you is not suitable, then all you have to do is to reply to the text or email to rearrange. For large item orders we will contact you first to arrange a specific delivery date, if you do not like the first date we offer you, all you have to do is let us know when you would like it!
When buying from Park Street Bathrooms, you can be sure that you are making a safe purchase. We use GeoTrust to securely protect your personal details and payments are processed via SagePay to make sure that everything is 100% secure. When you are checking out you will notice that a padlock is displayed in your browser to indicate that everything is secure.
30 days returns period
For peace of mind, we offer a no quibble 30 days returns period so if you decide something is not right once you have it, all you have to do is to contact us to arrange to return your goods to us. Unlike many showrooms, we do not charge restocking fees – but please do note that items made to order (some furniture and special finish products) cannot be cancelled once your order is underway.
