Delivery Questions

How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery on thousands of our products as well as all orders of £500.00 or more within mainland UK. For more information please see our Delivery Information page.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, orders can be collected from our showroom but we will need to have processed your order first. Once the order is ready we will notify you that it is available for collection and provide you with all of the details that you will need for collection.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship outside of the UK but we will need to quote you for shipping first. Please email us details of the product(s) you wish to order along with your name and full delivery address and we will let you know how much shipping will be.
How will I know when my order is being delivered?
In all cases we will let you know when your order is going to be delivered (once the order is processed and ready for delivery - you cannot select a delivery date when making your purchase). If your order contains large items (basins, toilets, furniture, shower enclosures etc) then we will email you to arrange a specific delivery date that is suitable for you. If your order is for small items only (taps, showers, bathroom accessories etc) then you will be notified (via email and text message to your mobile) the day before delivery and on the morning of delivery you will be provided with a 1 hour time slot by our courier company.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Despite our best efforts things can get damaged out of our control. Please thoroughly check your order once it has been delivered and should you find that anything has been damaged please either email our customer services team via customerservices@parkstreetbathrooms.com or call us on 0800 433 4777 If you have received a damaged product then we will arrange a replacement (or refund if more suitable) for you. Please note that all claims for damage must be made within 5 working days of delivery

Sales Questions

How can I pay for my order?
The easiest and fastest way is checkout online and pay using a credit or debit card. Alternatively you can call us on 0800 433 4777 to place an order over the phone. Should you prefer (or if you are abroad), you can also pay by bank transfer - please contact us for details.
What type of cards do you accept?
We accept most credit/debit cards including American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
Can you deduct VAT for international orders?
Yes, if you live outside of the EU (including Guernsey & Jersey) then we can zero-rate the VAT on your order first (provided that we arranging the shipping). Please email us a list of the items you are looking to order (along with your delivery) details and we can provide you with a VAT-free quote to include shipping. If you would prefer to organise the shipping from your end then we can notify you once the goods are ready for collection or we can send your order onto a UK-based shipping agent for you. If you organise the shipping we will need to charge you the VAT up front but can then refund this to you once you can provide us with paperwork (such as the shipping or air bill) to show an export has occurred. Please note that with all exports it is down to the customer to pay any further customs, duties or taxes that may be due in the country of destination.
Can you deduct VAT for disabled customers?
Yes, if you qualify for VAT relief on your bathroom products (see HMRC Notice 701/7) then we can zero-rate the VAT for you. We will need you to email/send us a signed eligibility declaration form and to also email us with a list of the products you are looking to purchase so that we can put together a quote for you.
Can you supply me with a VAT invoice?
Yes, once your order is dispatched you will be emailed a copy of your invoice.

General Questions

Do you have a showroom?
Yes, our sister showroom Park Street Interiors is based at the same location as us (in Camberley, Surrey). Many of the products we offer online can be seen in the showroom but please contact us first if there is something specific you are looking to view. Please note that whilst we are part of the same company, we run independently of the showroom in terms of the sales process.
Do you offer an installation service?
No, we do not offer an installation service - we are an online retailer only.
Do you have a brochure?
No, we do not currently have our own brochure - but virtually all of the brands and manufacturers we work with do! For more information, please see the brochures page.
What happens once I have made a purchase?
Once you have made a purchase (online or over the phone) we will process your order and send you an order confirmation email within 24 hours. We will then provide you with an expected delivery date (based on either our own stock levels or our suppliers' stock if the products have to come into us first). As soon as the order is ready for delivery we will either email you to arrange a suitable delivery date (for large item orders) or dispatch the goods to you via courier (for small item orders) and let you know that the goods are on their way to you. Once you have receivedyour order, please take time to check that everything is as it should be. If you wish to check the status of your order at any point then please do not hesitate to contact us - but please do wait until you have received your order confirmation email so that we can track your order for you.

Product Questions

What is Wondergliss?
Wondergliss is a special easy-clean glaze that Duravit can apply to their ceramic items such as basins and toilets. Wondergliss works by filling the pores that naturally occur when ceramic products are fired and this stops dirt from clinging to the surface of the product. Wondergliss is invisible and so does not affect the colour of the products it is applied to. Wondergliss is usually always applied to order and so will normally have a lead time of around 3 weeks.
What is Ceramicplus?
Ceramicplus is a special easy-clean glaze that Villeroy & Boch can apply to their ceramic items such as basins and toilets. Ceramicplus works by filling the pores that naturally occur when ceramic products are fired and this stops dirt from clinging to the surface of the product. Ceramicplus is invisible and so does not affect the colour of the products it is applied to. Ceramicplus products are often available from stock (so 3-5 working days delivery time) or will be applied to order (so a lead time of around 3 weeks).
